We would like to inform you that your PIN/PUK code are in your SIM Holder, but if you miss the Holder then we have to inform you that your personal DATA would not be possible to be sent through email, the only way to regain the PIN/PUK is to show up at your nearest IPKO shop with your ID to prove that the SIM number is registered under your name.
